How to request support

Just fill out the request form!

Things to Check First:

  1. Make sure that the IN-SYNCH Manager is running and not in an error condition
  2. Check to see if your data in Sage is correct (i.e. pricing, availability, customer information, etc)

Information to include:

  1. Detailed description of the issue
  2. Give specific examples, order number, customer number, etc
  3. Details of what is incorrect and what the correct information should be
  4. Any error messages should be completely documented
  5. Any other actions that have been taken
