- Make sure that the IN-SYNCH Manager is running and not in an error condition
- Check to see if your data in Sage is correct (i.e. pricing, availability, customer information, etc)

- Detailed description of the issue
- Give specific examples, order number, customer number, etc
- Details of what is incorrect and what the correct information should be
- Any error messages should be completely documented
- Any other actions that have been taken
